After organizing your Qualibrate folders, you can start documenting your processes and related flows.
In order to create a process in your folder you have two options:
- Select the folder under which you want the process to be created and click on the + icon on top of the tree view panel and choose the New Process option.
- Right-click on the folder where you want to place your process and select the Create Process option
- You now have to set a name for the newly created Qualibrate process and add a description. You have the possibility to attach a document to it. After defining all the details of your process you may start creating Qualibrate flows.
Qualibrate process sections
The Main Details section of the Qualibrate process allows you to write a description.
You may find here general information:
Owner: Owner of the process. Editable field. Default value: person that created the process.
Created On: Time of creation.
Last updated On: Time of last update.
The Documents section of a Qualibrate process allows you to upload files as attachments. In such way you will keep all the information about a process in one single place.
