In order to create a flow, you need to have a process already defined. To do that, you have two options:
- Right-click on the process where you want to place your flow and select the Create Flow option
Select a process and then click on the + icon on top of the tree view panel. Then choose the New Flow option.
You now have to set a name for the newly created Qualibrate flow and you can also add a description.
A Qualibrate flow has three sections: Main details, Flow Sequence and Documents.
The Main Details section of the Qualibrate flows allows you to write a a few details, such as:
Status: The authoring status of the flow. Options are "In Design" or "Ready".
Criticality: The importance of this flow. Useful for risk-based testing.
Description: open field to add information about the flow.
The Flow Sequence section contains business tasks and user actions specific to a flow.
The Documents section of a Qualibrate flow allows you to upload files as attachments. In such way you will keep all the information about a flow in one single place. You are allowed to upload files having size up to 300MB.
