Lack of visibility is one of the biggest challenges of IT companies today. Management does not have a way of easily assessing a business process. Knowing where you stand at any moment is crucial for an IT company that aims to keep up with the high speed of delivery in the industry and be more agile, effective and efficient. By defining a Qualibrate flow, you can tell the information provided by and delivered to someone who takes part in system processes, the information needed in order to complete the processes and the information needed to be stored and accessed later. After recording your flows you will have a good overview of your business process and so, you will know at any moment where you stand regarding training, testing or documenting your business process.
With Qualibrate we want to help you achieve a better visibility over your processes and therefore, we endorse our client with the advantage of linking defects directly to flows. In this way you will have a clear image of the defects associated to a flow.
