The Qualibrate allows you to create and manage Tags that categorize content using simple keywords.
Tags can be created by the user with the Project Owner role. You can find the guide here.
Tags are unique per project:
you can have duplicate tags for different projects;
you can not have duplicate tags for the same project.
The length of Tag names can be a max. of 120 characters.
As end-user you can:
Add tags to a flow
Add a tag when creating the flow
When creating the flow you can select an existing tag in the Create Flow window. The dropdown list contains a list of all existing tags on the project. The default value for the tag field is set on "Not Selected”
Add a tag to an existing flow
You can add a tag to a flow, which was recorded earlier, following the steps below:
Go to the target flow;
Click on More option in the Tag field, located on top of the screen under the flow name.
Select tag that already exists in the project from the dropdown menu.

When creating the scenario you can select an existing tag in the Create Scenario window. The dropdown list contains a list of all existing tags on the project. The default value for the tag field is set on "Not Selected”
Add a tag to an existing flow
You can add a tag to a scenario which was recorded earlier, following the steps below:
Go to the target scenario;
Click on More option in the Tag field, located on top of the screen under the flow name.
Select tag that already exists in the project from the dropdown menu.
Filter by Tags
You can filter the flows/scenarios using the Tags.
The relation between tags is “or”. So when selecting multiple tags in a filter, all flows/scenarios with the selected tags will be displayed.
Use Tags in the Dashboards
You can use tags as reporting dimensions in project Dashboards.
Procedure:
Go to the Dashboards module;
Click Edit Chart button;
Click Add Chart button;
Fill in the following:
Report Name
Chart type
Measures
Select Scenario Tag / Flow Tag / Defect Tag in the Dimensions
Add Time dimensions if needed and click Save.
