General recommendations
Before Recording
Check the user you will be using has authorization/roles for the process
Try the flow manually once with the test data you plan on using so there are no surprises
Consider the verification points you would like to add
Make sure your adapter (laptop name) is connected
Open Qualibrate in Chrome browser (IE is not supported)
During Recording
Only perform steps you would do during the actual process.
Avoid opening other windows in the Chrome testing profile, which are not related to the business process you are recording
Make sure you have only one SAP session/Window/Tab open and it is the one you are recording on
Add verification points/notes where applicable, that will help during testing
Separate the flow into different ‘tasks’ if required for better readability
In case a step or couple steps are wrongly performed and can be easily rectified, use the ‘Undo’ button on the recorder widget
If there are a lot of steps that need to be rectified, you can cancel the record and start recording again
Please wait for the page to completely load and the recorder fades out to finish before performing further steps
Kindly do not use variants as these are user-specific and enter the data in the fields manually
