Qualibrate supports Single Sign-On Authentication (SSO) integrated with Microsoft Active Directory.
When the SSO is enabled and configured by an Account Administrator for the entire account, each user can use it as a faster secure way to authenticate without using a username and password each time.
Procedure for the Authentication in Qualibrate Web application
A new option is available in the login screen “Login with SSO”. The old way to authenticate with username and password will still be available, by using “Sign in with email” option.
To login with SSO in Qualibrate Web application please follow the steps below:
Click on Login with SSO link
2. Click on Login with SSO Button
When pressing the “Login with SSO” button, the user will be automatically logged in Qualibrate without any need for a username or password.
If the user is not already logged in with Microsoft Active Directory, the user will be redirected the Microsoft Login page and will be asked to login.
3. Enter Microsoft Active Directory credentials if, not already logged in.
Procedure for the Qualibrate Client Authentication
After entering a hostname for a Qualibrate environment that has SSO enabled, a new option is displayed on the Qualibrate Settings screen.
The very first time when using Login with SSO Button, the user will be presented with an additional screen from Microsoft Active directory and the user has to click on the Office Button.
After these steps, all subsequent logins will not ask for any credentials or other actions.

3. Click on Office button if presented with the Microsoft Active Directory authentication screen.
