In-app notifications are available in Qualibrate web UI. You can open the Notification panel when clicking on the Bell icon.
Users will receive the notification when:
PDF flow export is ready to be downloaded;
a defect is assigned to the user;
there is an update on a defect, created by the user.
Certain events in Qualibrate can trigger E-mail Notifications, sent to the uses.
The following notification options are available in Qualibrate:
You've exported a dataset in bulk
You've exported a flow log
Your flow log export failed
You've exported a flow
Your flow export failed
You've added an attachment to a defect
You've added a comment to a defect
You've created a defect
You've deleted a defect
You've removed an attachment on a defect
You've been assigned a defect
You've updated a field on a defect
You've updated a tag on a defect
You've been unassigned a defect
You've exported a scenario log
Your scenario log export failed
You've exported a scenario
Your scenario export failed
You've been assigned a Scope Item
You've been assigned a Flow in a Scope Item
You've completed a Flow in a Scope Item
You've been unassigned a Flow in a Scope Item

Configure E-mail Notifications
You can configure E-mail Notifications in your User Profile.
Go to your User Profile;
Click on your user name;
Navigate to the Notifications option in the side-menu → the list with available configurations for the e-mail notifications will be displayed. Now you can turn on or off any of the available notifications.
